Refund & Return Policy

At TumblrStudioCo, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't right with your Sips & Strokes™ kit, we want to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Kits that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different kit, please return your original order and place a new one.
